Shifts text rows down one line.
The content on the start row is removed.
The row below the end row will be overwritten with the content of the end row.Syntax
{SCROLLDOWN}startrow ␑ endrow
- startrow - the row of the top row to move down. If not provided, all rows are moved down.
- endow - the row number of the botton row to move down
