Shifts text rows up one line.
The content on the end row is removed.
The row above the start row will be overwritten with the content of the start row.Syntax
{SCROLLUP}startrow ␑ endrow
- startrow - the row of the top row to move up.
- endow - the row number of the botton row to move up
