Provides the name of the software
Syntax
{NAME} name ␑ uniqueID
- name of the software
- uniqueID - (optional) a unique identifier
This command should be sent by both sides of a connection to inform the other what software is connected.
The unique identifier can be kept and used when storing {TOKEN} commands.
